Please join us on November 6th, to celebrate 40 years of meeting the moment. We look forward to uplifting all that we’ve accomplished together as a community for those seeking access to abortion care. During this event we will honor leaders in the movement who have dedicated their lives to championing reproductive justice and abortion access for all.

For 40 years, Chicago Abortion Fund (CAF) has worked to advance reproductive autonomy and justice by providing financial, logistical, and emotional support to people seeking abortion care. In addition to direct service, CAF plays a pivotal role in shaping the national abortion access landscape, bringing real-world experiences to policy discussions and driving systemic change.

Over the last five years, we have supported 100% of the callers relying on Illinois for care by providing individualized case management and wrap-around support—investing over $14 million in aid and fielding over 40,000 support requests. As the nation’s largest independent abortion fund, CAF has stepped up to meet the moment and ensure that everyone has access to the abortion care they need, want, and deserve–no matter who they are or where they are from.
