OUR IMPACT
We scaled up in response to the first Trump administration and are currently receiving the largest influx of people seeking abortion care in the country. Despite this surge over the past five years, we haven’t had to turn anyone away accessing care in Illinois – regardless of who they are or where they are from. 

In 2024, CAF received over 16,000 support requests on our helpline – the highest in our history. We fund at Planned Parenthoods, independent clinics, hospitals, and Telehealth providers across Illinois and beyond to ensure people can access care, no matter what.
